Small-batch attar, rested for a month
Every Al Ashraf fragrance starts as an attar: pure perfume oil with no alcohol, blended by hand in batches small enough that we smell every one before it is bottled.
Then we leave it alone for four weeks so the oud, rose and musk can settle into each other. It is the slowest part of the process, and it is the reason our attars last from morning till night.

Start with warm skin
Attar opens up with body heat. Apply it to your pulse points: wrists, behind the ears and the base of the throat.

Dab, don’t rub
One touch of the applicator is enough. Rubbing your wrists together crushes the top notes, so just press and let it sit.

Give it 20 minutes
The heart of the attar comes through after about twenty minutes and stays with you until evening.
